How long will it take for me to receive my item?

We aim to deliver products within 3-7 business days to the US and UK.

Can I track my order?

Once your item is shipped out we will send you an email with the tracking information you can follow.

Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order at any time before the product has shipped. Once the product has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, and you must request a refund instead. Please use the form below or send an email to support@lipglowingoil.com with your order number and we will cancel your order and issue a refund.

What should I do if my item hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery period?

If your item has not arrived within the aforementioned period, please contact us using the form below or send an email to support@lipglowingoil.com with your order number and we will find out the reason the delay.

What is your refund policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after the delivery of the product to request a refund or return.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must meet one of the following criteria:

  • Damaged/Defective: The product was damaged or defective upon arrival.
  • Wrong Item Received: You received an incorrect item.

What are the conditions for a return?

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number).

Send us an email stating you want a refund to support@lipglowingoil.com and we will notify you of the address to send the item to.

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

We do not cover the return shipping as customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact us.

What happens if my item is lost in transit?
